"AUTOMATING THE OFFICE" TV SERIES The "Automating the Office" television series is being shown on the Knowledge Network every Monday at 08:30 pm with a repeat telecast on Saturday evenings at 6:00. The series will run for nine weeks and began on Monday, October 6th. This television series is designed to introduce the learner to the concept of Office Automation, and explains the combinations of the new office technologies, examines the new computer-based tools, and takes a look at the effect these changes will have on office workers and their environment. The videos were produced by TV Ontario and the accompanying course materials were prepared by Marion Maclsaac in concert with Diana Basaraba and Elaine Decker for use throughout the province.
