FIAT MODE XV. i Held at Performance Works (Granville Island) on July 9, 2002, the models showed off a wide variety of outfits- from the risque to the tailored, from the sumptuous to the sweet—to the oohs, ahhs and chuckles of an enthusiastic audience. For the ecologically-minded, there were two stylish dresses made from surgical paper (one short and one long) as well as a pants suit made from rubber bands-yes rubber bands! As always, graduates from past years joined this year's grads to demonstrate their success in industry and film. Once again, the Fashion Arts graduates demonstrated that VCC-CE continues to offer well-rounded, innovative and comprehensive training to students in the fashion industry. International Fees, Policy C.2.2 was Gyda has a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) degree and also a Master approved at Operations Council on of Education (Early Childhood Education) degree. She started at Vancouver Community College with a half time term contract in 1983 and was appointed Senior Program Coordinator in April 1987. Since August 2001, Gyda has been Acting May 16, 2002. A revision was made to the Rental of College Facilities Policy B.3.3, and approved at Operations Council on June 11, 2002. Do you ask your students to view videos as part of their course work? Did you know that videos can be placed on Reserve? Placing a video on Reserve will ensure that it will be accessible to all your students during the time they need it. Otherwise it may be checked out or booked for days, and your students will be frustrated and out of luck. To place a video on Reserve please go to the Information Desk or call to speak to a member of staff (KEC 7326; CC -8339). We will help you to ensure that your students get first priority for the videos they need to do their coursework. VCC Library Booking Procedures for Faculty We are streamlining our booking procedures so that all faculty will have the best opportunity to book times for tours and class sessions either at the City Centre Campus Library or the King Edward Campus Library. These procedures are effective as of August 1, 2002. TOURS Tours are scheduled for half an hour and provide an overview of the library and its resources accompanied by a walk-around. CLASS SESSIONS Class sessions, after consultation with the instructor, will be scheduled for 1 hour or 1.25 hours and will include instruction in sound research methods, a review of library materials specific to the course and online work using the library catalogue, fulltext or other databases and the web.
