TRRM LIBRARY FILMS May 29 (11:45 in the Library Screening Room) I AM JOE'S HEART Henry Morgan of M*A*S*H* fame is the personality-voice in this animated and live film. It follows the average businessman Joe through his daily routine, emphasizing the "beating" his heart takes through neglect and abuse. The message is a plea for understanding of the heart and the risk factors involved in heart attack. WHY ME? An animation that illustrates the reactions of one individual who has just been told by his doctor that he has only a short time to live. In a terse and sometimes humourous dialogue with his doctor, Nesbitt Spoon runs the gamut of emotions commonly experienced by people trying to deal with this devastating situation.
