LABATT'S LITE 24 HOUR RELAY The Labatt's Lite 24 Hour Relay for the Lion Society for Crippled Children, raised $100,000 more than last year, for a total of $375,000. VCC had two teams - 1 from V.V.I, and 1 from K.E.C. The team members from V.V.I, were Norm MacLeod, Alan Clarkson, Chester Spink, Ken Talbot, John Spencer, Steve Munro, Myrna Breikss and myself, former graduates Dom Bouno, and Peter Chappell, and members of our families. We wish to thank all the VVI faculty, staff and students who supported us in pledges and will advise you of the total figure raised by our team when we are informed. Further, Francine Lesonsky (Local 237) has been designated as the VVI campus agent. Therefore, all travel must be made through Ms. Lesonsky. All travel arrangements will only be finalized upon receipt of the approved Leave of Absence form. However, it is the responsibility of the person travelling to provide all pertinent information to her with as much lead time as possible. Please remember that all travel outside the lower mainland and Victoria must first be approved by Mr. Rerup. JV OLI COURSE MATERIALS FOR SEPTEMBER Any department using OLI material in the fall programs are encouraged to place their orders as quickly as possible to ensure that sufficient quantities can be provided.
