Employees FROM: Paul Gallagher, President RE: Institutional Self-Studv--Follow-Up Survey of Employee Opinions By now, each of you should have received an opinion survey from me. If not, please call 875-1131 (local 346) and one will be sent to you. To those of you who have already replied, I want to thank you for acting as promptly as you have. To those of you who have not, I appeal, again, for your help. Many of your colleagues invested a tremendous amount of time and energy in our 1986 Institutional Self-Study. I promised to act promptly on the recommendations made in that study to improve the College. I want to know how various aspects of your work have changed since then. It will always be difficult to measure our progress on improving communications, skill development opportunities, and other aspects of life at the College. It will, I hope, be made easier by opportunities, such as this survey, to express our collective views. Please share your perspectives. Complete the survey. Send it to me in the inter-office mail as soon as possible. Thank you.
