To be eligible for this Work Study Program, students must: ffj|j| Q g 1. Request an application from the Financial Aid Office 2. Qualify for B.C. residency under B.C.S.A.P. criteria 3. Not be in default of previous Canada or B.C. Student Loans HOURS OF WORK ~ 4 to 8 per week (minimum 2 hours/day) RATE OF PAY - $6.67 per hour If you know of any student who could use this assistance, please inform the student about this program. Then, either he/she or the instructor may contact a Counsellor or the Financial Aid Advisor in order to arrange some assistance. Requests could be for an aide to move a handicapped person around the campus or an E.S.L. tutor, or any other type of assistance required. If after completing these courses plus the remaining courses in the Instructors Diploma program they still do not meet the admission criteria for the Instructors Diploma (102 Part B, 103 and 104 Part B), they may apply for the VCC/VVI Instructor Training Certificate.
