Lockers on the third floor, Food Trades are being broken into on a too
frequent basis. Your assistance is requested to assist Security in checking
this area. Advise your students of this problem and ask their cooperation in
stamping out the break-in problem in both this and other areas.

After much deliberation the Management Committee is recommending that the
employee lunch room be designated a non-smoking area. This will remain in

effect until September 1st of this year upon which time a review of the
situation will take place.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Please be advised that the hours of operation will be temporarily reduced in
the following departments:

REGISTRATION SERVICES:
From July 2, 1985 to August 16, 1985, inclusive; the hours will change
from 08:00 - 18:00 to 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Effective Monday, 1985 08 19, the Department will extend its hours of
operation to 19:00 for the Registration period.

COUNSELLING DEPARTMENT:
From July 2, 1985 to August 16, 1985, inclusive; the hours will change
from 08:30 - 18:00 to 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Effective Monday, 1985 08 19, the Department will extend its hours of
operation to 19:00 for the Registration period.

SWITCHBOARD:
From July 2, 1985 to August 16, 1985, inclusive; the hours will change
from 07:30 - 19:00 Monday to Friday; to 07:30 - 19:00, Monday - Thursday;
07T30 - 17:00, Fridays.
Effective Monday, August 19, 1985, the Board will revert back to staying
open until 19:00.
Saturdays only:
From July 27, 1985 to August 31, 1985, inclusive; the campus will be
closed on all Saturdays during these dates.
