Most of you know that we will be changing our security contract on May 1, switching from Metropol Security Services to Bums Security. I want to say a special thank you to the gentlemen from Metropol who have served us so well. It is possible that some of the same gentlemen who have served us so well may also be serving with the new security company. Her position is currently being covered by Karen Kelly, standing in a few days a week from the KEC campus. That position has been posted and will close Apr. 29/91. Onward & Upward -- Appointments at City Centre 0 ° George Rudolph is the newly appointed department head of the Baking and Pastry Arts Department. George takes over the leadership from the able hands of Dick Kok, who is winding down his activities in preparation of early retirement. George joined City Centre (VVI) in 1983 as an instructor and has often taken over the leadership of the department while Dick has been on holidays. Congratulations, George! Volume 2, No. 02 Art Hives has been appointed to the position of Depart¬ ment Head for the Hospitality Administration effective May 1,1991. Art has been with the Tourism and Hospitality Centre on a part-time basis since August of 1990. Art holds a B.A. from U.B.C. and is in the process of completing his Master's degree in communications at S.F.U.
