VOLUME 3 : NUMBER 04 : JANUARY 31, 1985 VANDALISM Vandalism seems to be on the increase again at the V.V.I. For example, the disappearance of signs, broken lockers and chairs, and holes in the walls, etc. In an educational institution such as the V.V.I, it is impossible for one security guard to keep an eye on all areas. The only way we can attempt to control this problem of vandalism is for all staff to assist in the prevention of it. Please remember, funds spent on repairing damaged goods and/or replacing stolen property cannot be spent in other areas. JV - ^ 1985 vcc.
