MEL VANDALISM Last week nine people were trapped for twenty minutes in an elevator car on the fourth floor because someone had apparently kicked the door off of its runner. This is senseless damage and as per Policy and Procedure 1.1.0.5 the Dean of Administrative and Student Services is empowered to process, "a reward up to $200 will be paid by Vancouver Community College to any person providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons of a criminal offense in relation to the theft of, or defacement to, college property in excess of $50.00".
