If the number of persons is 10 or over, please ask for a "set menu". This can be arranged by consultation with the Food Trades Department Head for pricing and billing instructions. FOOD SERVICE FOR CONFERENCE ROOMS Items that may be ordered are coffee, tea, juices, milk, Danish or French pastries, sandwiches, and open faced sandwiches. Contact Mr. Naso in writing to request this service. If the Food Trades department does not have the students available to prepare these foods, alternate arrangements can be made with outside caterers to provide the service. SATURDAYS Part time cooking classes are conducted on Saturdays from 08:00 to 15:00, and hot lunches are available in the cafeteria from 11:30 until 12:45. Coffee and pastries may be available, but must be picked up from the cafeteria area and taken to the conference rooms. Again, contact Mr. Naso in writing to make service arrangements.
