In honour of his sixteen years as Department Head of the Food Trades Department and his history of dedication to the V.V.I. , the Dining Room is in turn to be dedicated to Mr. J.J. Nowacki who passed away earlier this year. Mr. Nowacki's first 'name was Jozef but to us he was known as Jim, and he signed himself as J.J. Nowacki, thus the Dining Room will now be known as J.J.'s. IT'S A HOBBY FOR HARVEY (9 minutes) This short film takes a look at the talents of Winnipeg lawyer Harvey Pollock, who was the first World Whistling Champion and is still regarded as the master of classical whistling.
