Newsletter of Vancouver Community College from 1986-1992. Initially published on a monthly basis, the newsletter eventually split into three parts in 1989: Spectrum Update (biweekly), Spectrum Magazine (quarterly) and Spectrum Bulletin (for sharing information within hours). Spectrum Backgrounder was added in 1991 to give detailed information about important issues. The newsletter had updates from all four parts of VCC: Langara campus, King Edward Campus, the Vancouver Vocational Institute campus, and the Continuing Education area.
